Solo cos\u00ec creerai quella rete di aria che sosterr\u00e0 il peso della fecola senza far collassare l\u2019impasto. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Inoltre, l\u2019uso combinato di vaniglia e scorza di limone non serve solo per il profumo, ma \u00e8 fondamentale per neutralizzare l\u2019odore delle uova, regalandoti un dolce dal sapore elegante e pulito.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Note Ingredienti e Sostituzioni<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Burro: Pu\u00f2 essere sostituito con 120 g di olio di semi per una versione senza lattosio, ottenendo una torta leggermente pi\u00f9 umida.<br \/>Aromi: La vaniglia \u00e8 fondamentale per bilanciare il sapore delle uova. Se non ami il limone, puoi usare la scorza d\u2019arancia o ometterla del tutto.<br \/>Fecola: Se non hai la fecola di patate, puoi usare l\u2019amido di mais (maizena) nelle stesse dosi.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conservazione<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Torta Margherita si mantiene soffice per 3-4 giorni se chiusa in un contenitore ermetico o sotto una campana di vetro.
